Dr. Stephen Trudeau is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PSY19669) with a private practice in Westlake Village CA. Clients typically come from Thousand Oaks, Agoura, Calabasas, West San Fernando Valley, Camarillo, Simi Valley, Moorpark, and Malibu.

Entering therapy can be quite intimidating. Dr. Trudeau seeks to break down those barriers which prevent us from getting the help we need. He is warm and deeply compassionate to each persons unique needs and journey. Clients are often very relieved that he is not like a stereotypical therapist. He also promises to not ask the dreaded and clichéd question…”and how does that make you feel?”

Dr. Trudeau handles a broad range of mental/emotional issues including but not limited to: depression, anxiety, phobias, grief, adolescent issues, life transition issues, couples, personal development, and parenting issues.

Trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, he also utilizes the wisdom, techniques, and strategies from a range of theoretical orientations as best suited to the client and their needs.
